Greetings from Sara Bangla Daba Sangstha. We have already notified that in the wake of the new wave of pandemic, we have postponed State Sub-Junior (U-16) Chess Championship in the greater interest of health and safety of all concerned. In this context, we would like to add further that the new date will be announced in due course. Players will have the option to ask for the refund of entry fees or they may keep their registration active for the championship to be held on a later date. The players who opt for refund, should write to us at sbds.tournaments@gmail.com giving full details of their accounts. We deeply regret for the inconveniences caused to the players for the postponement of the event under a compelling circumstance. We would like to mention here that All India Chess Federation has postponed all the National Championships scheduled for the month of January, 2022. Thank you for all your co-operation and support.
