Grandmaster Mitrabha Guha of West Bengal has become unbeaten Champion in 1st Bangalore International Grandmasters Open Chess Tournament alongwith Champion in Blitz Tournament held at Bangalore from 18th to 26th January, 2024. He scored 8 out of 10 points. Other 5 Bengal players - IM Aronyak Ghosh, IM Neelash Saha, GM Sandipan Chanda, GM Diptayan Ghosh & GM Neelotpal Das have secured 5th to 9th places respectively in the final ranking list.
